THREE MEN ARRESTED FOR CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF MINORS AND OTHER CHARGES

On 9/20/18 HCSO was notified by Bamberg County Sheriff's Office that three subjects had picked up two juvenile females in their county. It was reported that the subject(s) had contact with at least one of the victims through social media. The subjects arranged to pick the juvenile victims up and proceeded to travel to multiple jurisdictions for various reasons.
While in Hampton County, an incident occurred where all three subjects committed criminal acts with and in the presence of the two juvenile female victims.
The three subjects were arrested on 9/27/18 and have been charged with the following charges:
Raheem Lashawn Bowman, 28, of Varnville, Contributing to the delinquency of a minor X2, Criminal sexual conduct with a minor/victim 11-14 yrs old/ 2nd Degree, Distribution of narcotic drugs to a person under 18 by person over 18 X2, Possession of a controlled substance, 1st offense, Distribution of Methamphetamine, 1st offense.
Brandon Michael Mills, 30, of Varnville, Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, X2, Sexual exploitation of a minor, 1st degree.
Benjamin David Nix, 19, of Long, SC, Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, X2, Criminal Sexual conduct with a minor/victim under 16 yrs old/2nd Degree, Assault and Battery/2nd Degree
Due to this incident encompassing multi-jurisdictions, The SC Attorney General’s Office was notified regarding this case due to the usage of social media and other possible crimes that may have occurred wherein the subjects may face additional charges from other agencies.
