SCAM ALERT

Please be aware of the following scam. This particular scam involves receiving an "Official Declaration of Certified Award and provision of payment" from a "Larry Hourd", on behalf of the "Award Notification Commission Organization".

The documents appear to be official and noteworthy, complete with Option A, an attached lump sum payout check or Option B, for the maximum grand prize amount, for which this notification indicates the amount to be awarded as two million dollars through a thirty year annuity dispersement.

The requirement is to return the completed enclosed form along with cash, a check or money order for the "Acquisition Fee".

Sheriff T.C.Smalls warns against returning the form or payment to this company as it is a scam and there is no award of any kind pending.

Further, should you deposit the attached check and the financial institution accepts the deposit, rest assured, the deposit will eventually be deemed bogus, and any funds spent against the deposit will be owed to the financial institution regarding your account.

Review the attached photos. Be alert. Warn friends and relatives, especially if you feel someone you know could be vulnerable to this type of scam. Do not become a victim of this scam.
